Mytton Fold, Langho
Mytton Fold was the venue for Emma & Daniels wedding and the sun stayed put just long enough for some great footage on the bridge in the gardens.
Karen & Ian, our friends from K & I Imaging were the photographers for the day and we had a great time with a really fun atmosphere, if there wasn’t a party atmosphere before then there certainly was once Karen gets started on the guests! Another great day and thanks for the kind comments.
“it is absolutely stunning, I was crying the whole way through, you captured the day for us magically…“

Downham Church, Lancashire & Stirk House, Gisburn
Downham Church,,,,the perfect wedding setting? This is the village used for the filming of Born & Bred, no TV ariel’s allowed, all house owned by a squire ( ok, it’s sort of feudal as it’s all been owned by the same family for centuries) and a wonderful sunny July day.
Dawn & Alan Kent provided the photography, almost neighbours as they live and work from Chatburn. We got some great footage from the Downham tradition of tying the church gate closed and the Bride & Groom paying a tithe to be let out after the ceremony… might try that ourselves….

Styal Lodge, Cheshire
Over to Cheshire for Charlotte & James Wedding at Styal Lodge, a superb venue with perfect gardens for elegant photographs and a cute summerhouse for our video diary.
We loved sitting down with the family during the meal, great people and great company. The scenery must have really captured the photographers eye as Charlotte & James were still being photographed up to 10pm so a little delayed for the first dance but with such beautiful scenery we’re sure the results were worth it. A lovely couple and a great wedding day.

St John the Evangalist Church Worsthorne & Scaitcliffe Hall Todmorden
We don’t normally take more than four booking per month but Anita & Terry’s wedding necessitated us changing our plans to accommodate theirs at quite short notice and due to the circumstances we were more than happy to oblige.
Being a Monday there was no problem fitting them in for filming but obviously a weeks editing was difficult in such a busy period. Anita, Terry and the girls really enjoyed the day and looked fantastic. Although we don’t normally stage shots we were happy to organise the formal photoshoot for family friend Tony who was photographing the event and was his first wedding shoot.
We were so excited when our DVD arrived today. Just finished watching and we are thrilled with the quality – sure we’ll be watching it every night this week! Thank you so much.

St Marys Church, Burnley & The Higher Trapp, Simonstone
Now this is a stunning couple!
You couldn’t really take a bad shot of Morten & Natalie, a wedding straight out of Hollywood and we were privileged to have been part of their big day. The wedding film looks stunning and we are looking forward to meeting everyone again at Natalie’s sisters wedding next year
We’ve never filmed a wedding with Norwegian elements before and we have to admit it was a truly personal approach. Seven speeches divided between the reception meal courses which meant a complete equipment and microphone setup for each section of the speeches…we were kept on out toes! The speeches were some of the most heartfelt and personal we have filmed and the Norwegian song to the Bride & Groom got everyone in the party mood at the end-fantastic!
We just wanted to say thank you for filming our big day, you captured everything beautifully and we are delighted with the end results.
We will now enjoy watching our wedding day for many years to come thanks to you. Thank you also for your professionalism and discretion on the day, you wouldn’t have even noticed you were there.

Euxton Parish Church & Rivington Hall Barn
Well we’ve finally got around to starting our blog with Helen & Richards fantastic wedding day at Euxton Parish church and the majestic Rivington Barn.
Steve Walkden provided the photography and was a pleasure to work with, a wealth of experience and very contentious of our position as unobtrusive videographers. The weather was perfect and apart from disturbing the bikers en-route for a quick photo session on the tops everyone had a fantastic day topped off with a raucous barn dance.
Best wishes to Helen and Richard and thanks for the kind words:
Dear Mick & Rachel,
We have watched the dvd and we love it. We both think you have done a brilliant job on it. The music you suggested we agree does flow very well with the film.
Thank you very much for capturing our special day the way you did.
Thanks again, Helen and Richard
